All-in

We have pretty much heard this phrase in many casino movies and tv shows.

It’s pretty popular and not uncommon at all.

When someone says β€˜all-in’, it means that the gambler bets with everything that he has at the moment.

Without any further money from his pockets, he goes all-in with what he has on the table.

This is most often when the gambler runs out of chips and decides to go all or nothing. 

No Limit

Whether you have or haven’t heard about this before, No Limit is a version of poker.

And it’s pretty popular, it’s not just played as much as it needs to be.

It’s pretty underrated, in fact. With this version, the player many and should bet with everything they have on the tale.

That’s why its called no limit; the gambler hasn’t required a maximum when it comes to the betting amount. 

Gutshot Straight

For example, when you have 9 adn 8, and the flop of the game comes off as 2, 5, and 7.

Then, you have a gunshot straight, if the turn is 6.

It’s as simple as that, really! 

These few phrases are only a few of the many many terminology cases in poker.

Of course, not everyone can understand them adn use them to their advantage, but, once you get a grip fo them, they can be pretty good.
